Pop-Up Blocker Settings
To ensure proper functionality of the payment system, please disable any pop-up blockers in your web browser:
- Google Chrome: Navigate to Settings > Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects
- Microsoft Edge: Go to Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Pop-ups and redirects
Notice Regarding Service Disconnection for Non-Payment
If your service has been disconnected due to non-payment, all outstanding balances must be paid during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) to be eligible for same-day reconnection.
After submitting payment, you must call the Customer Service Office at (772) 770-5300 during regular business hours to request service reconnection.
Payments made outside of business hours will result in service restoration on the next business day.

- Do not include dashes or spaces when entering credit card numbers.
- After clicking Submit, please do not attempt to re-enter your payment; if you do not receive a confirmation, contact Customer Service at (772) 770-5300 for assistance.
The online utilities payment system is currently unavailable. Customers can pay by phone at 833-677-8688.
