Please ensure your Pop Up Blocker is turned off.
To turn off your Pop UP Blocker:
- Click on Tools menu at the top
- Scroll down to Pop Up Blocker
- Select Turn Off Pop Up Blocker

Notice: When service has been disconnected for Non-Payment of an outstanding balance, all payments must be made during regular business hours for same-day reconnection. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. For service to be reconnected after payment has been made you must call our Customer Service office at 772-770-5300 during regular business hours 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. If you are making a payment after regular business hours your service will not be restored until the next business day.
